I’m looking for a CDP role in a high-standard, fast-paced kitchen where I can run stations, maintain mis-en-place and FIFO rotation, and collaborate with the CDP/Sous Chef to deliver consistent guest-focused dishes.

I’m a results-oriented cook and Chef de Partie (CDP) with a strong track record of completing trainings, meeting hotel standards, and supporting a dedicated culinary team. I bring a passion for the culinary arts, guest-focused communication, and the ability to work under pressure with honesty and hardworking reliability. I’ve worked on a wide base that includes Continental cuisine.

My career includes progression through Commi roles (Commi 3, Commi 2, and Commi 1st) across multiple hotels, followed by 4 years as a CDP at Angry Sardar courtyard. In my current role in Bangkok, I focus on station setup, daily mis-en-place, food production, portioning/chopping, ingredient storage with dating and labeling, and FIFO rotation—while ensuring tool/equipment cleanliness and smooth service coordination.
