At TriNet Zenefits, I automated insurance fulfillment workflows, reducing nearly 10,000 annual operational cases to single-digit manual interventions per customer. I also built REST API integrations, reconciliation pipelines, and services supporting EDI, carrier APIs, and manual processing channels.
Earlier at PlanSource, I implemented SSO and MFA authentication systems from scratch and worked closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to improve testing and remove bottlenecks. I enjoy solving production issues, optimizing concurrency, and delivering reliable distributed services.
