I am a Java Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, Kafka, and Docker.

In my recent role at Intellect Design Arena, I worked on backend modernization, including upgrading legacy applications to newer Java and Spring Boot versions. I also developed features such as QR-based login, pre-login loan modules, OTP authentication flows, and integrations with external services. I have experience improving database performance using stored procedures, materialized views, indexing, and query optimization, as well as handling production issues, API failures, timeouts, retries, validations, and error handling.

I have also worked with Spring Security, JWT authentication, JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD, AWS, and GCP-related environments. I enjoy solving backend performance and scalability problems, designing clean APIs, debugging production issues, and improving existing systems.

Outside my professional work, I have built BachatSetu, a community savings platform using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and a React/Next.js frontend. This project helped me gain additional hands-on experience in designing a product from scratch, including authentication, member management, payments, auctions, receipts, and notifications.

I am currently looking for Java Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer opportunities where I can work on scalable systems, microservices, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and system design. I am particularly interested in product-based companies and teams where I can take greater ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, and continue growing toward a Senior Backend Engineer role.
