At Tensator Group, I developed and deployed an n8n-based AI sales automation solution adapted to the company’s CRM workflows and business requirements. I also worked on Call Forward System and Motorised Gate, building Python/Flask services and real-time device integrations for customer-facing products.
In my independent projects, I built and deployed agentic and RAG applications, including a platform coordinating seven CrewAI agents and a voice-enabled product-support assistant. My RAG evaluation project improved MRR from 0.7911 to 0.8757 and answer accuracy from 4.11/5 to 4.71/5 versus its baseline.
