I’m a Senior Data Analyst focused on product science outcomes—using advanced SQL, Python, and business analytics to turn messy questions into clear decisions. I build visualizations and run experiments (A/B Testing) to validate what actually improves metrics, not just what sounds promising.

In my recent role, I increased drivers doing their first ride after onboarding by Visualisations (Metabase) and improved retention by analyzing customers’ journeys, drop-off points, and time between 1st to nth ride. I also worked closely with a Senior Product Manager to reduce captain acquisition cost by 40% and detected fraud captains doing identity spoofing by defining a rule set to prevent them.

Earlier, as an Analytics Manager, I managed a team of 4 analysts and supported business growth by integrating digital marketing platforms like Facebook and Google ads. I started as a Marketing Analyst where I created KPI visualizations (CPC, CTR, Conversion rate, ROAS), coordinated data requirements with external teams, and contributed to analytics for election and survey analysis using R and advanced Excel.
