In FNMA Docs Out mortgage servicing and investor operations, I reviewed investor documentation and borrower payment histories for loan modification trial payments. I used LSAMS, CMOD, and SMDU to review loan information and related requirements.
I developed an Excel-based tax-return mapping framework to simplify document identification and support accurate, on-time SLA delivery. I also created QC and volume trend reports and established an MS Teams channel to track and resolve indexing errors.
