I am a detail-oriented senior process professional with three years' experience in US mortgage loan review, loss mitigation, pre-foreclosure, loan modification, SharePoint management, and loan processing. I support pre-underwriting and underwriting workflows with document validation, risk-flag identification, and initial loan eligibility checks.
At KFIN Technologies I supervised a nine-member team, conducted trainings, managed SLAs and quality audits, and performed Review Decision operations and Manual & Corrective SharePoint tasks. I was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and improved team accuracy by identifying quality gaps and training needs.
I have hands-on familiarity with investor guideline compliance, DTI/LTV/credit basics, 4Cs (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral), Form 1003 (URLA) and 1008, CRPM guidelines, and various loan products including HELOC, FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.
