At Kaya Systems, I manage finance operations, QuickBooks invoicing, order fulfillment, and logistics remotely for U.S. clients. I process Walgreens and LTL orders through SPS/EDI, prepare shipping documents, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate delivery with warehouses, UPS, and FedEx.
I also maintain accounts receivable, reconcile customer ledgers and bank accounts, post journal entries, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
