I’m a passionate, engaging, and motivated candidate, currently working as a Manager & Supervisor in a fast-paced petroleum convenience environment. I greet customers warmly, resolve inquiries and complaints professionally, and keep service fast, friendly, and accurate.

I manage daily front-end operations, including operating cash registers and POS systems, processing payments via cash/credit/debit/mobile systems, balancing cash drawers, and maintaining clean, organized store and pump areas. I also support sales through upselling and offering lottery tickets, while monitoring inventory levels, stocking shelves, and managing displays.

Before management, I built strong customer service fundamentals as a Cashier and customer service team member and developed hands-on trade skills as a Painter and drywaller.
