I’m a Data Analyst with experience in business intelligence, reporting, SQL analysis, and data-driven decision-making. With a master’s degree in computer science from the University of New Brunswick, I focus on creating reports and dashboards, validating data, and converting business requirements into analytical solutions.

In my current Data Analyst role with SP Data Digital (Fredericton, NB), I analyze sales and customer performance to spot trends, opportunities, and operational improvements. I develop KPI dashboards and performance reports, run customer segmentation and trend analysis, and extract/transform/validate data from multiple sources to keep reporting accurate.

Previously at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I worked as a Programmer Analyst supporting enterprise IT application development and reporting. I optimized SQL queries for large datasets, performed data validation and reconciliation, supported data integration, and contributed to logical data modeling to improve database efficiency and reporting.

As a Programmer Analyst Trainee, I supported data collection, transformation, and testing through Agile cycles, documenting database structures and reporting logic. Across roles, I consistently emphasize data quality checks, governance, and clear communication so both technical and non-technical stakeholders can act on insights with confidence.
