At Zema Global Data Corporation, I lead SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits and client security audits, driving audit readiness to 95% and 99%. I also built an AI-assisted pipeline to triage and route Microsoft Defender alerts and incidents.
I manage risk assessments, the organizational risk register, and third-party risk reviews, while maintaining security policies and incident response and BCP/DR plans. Iām migrating audit workflows and customer security questionnaires into Vanta and establishing a Trust Center.
Previously, I worked in IT audit and compliance at Royal Bank of Canada, Siemens Energy, and BNP Paribas. My work included assessments against ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX, along with automating evidence collection and building Power BI compliance dashboards.
