What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply Python, SQL, data engineering, dashboarding, and financial analysis to turn complex data into reliable, decision-ready insights.

I've built investment analyses at DivcoWest and business intelligence dashboards at LPL Financial, translating property, leasing, market, and operational data into decision-ready recommendations. At DivcoWest, I structured data across $250M+ in real estate case studies and modeled DCF and sensitivity scenarios for senior leadership.

At LPL Financial, I developed automated Power BI KPI dashboards for 64 advisory firms representing $401B in AUM, using Excel Power Query to standardize data and improve reporting workflows. I also supported property credit portfolio forecasting at Aura Group, building scenario-based views for a $10M portfolio.

I'm completing UC Berkeley's Master of Information and Data Science program while building reproducible Python, SQL, DuckDB, PostgreSQL, and Tableau analytics projects. My work includes processing 3.8M HMDA records, analyzing 1.54M retail transactions, and creating validated ETL pipelines and interactive dashboards.
