As a financial analyst I led asset-level reporting for 70+ multifamily projects, supported due diligence on $300 million of active deal flow, and performed cap-rate sensitivity and scenario modeling to optimize investment strategies. As a founder I raised $1 million in equity, executed BRRR and fix-and-flip strategies delivering 35%+ ROI, and managed a large acquisitions funnel.

I hold a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Development minor and maintain certifications and technical expertise in advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Argus, CoStar, and Capital IQ/PitchBook.
