What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help people of all ages build confidence, improve movement, and achieve meaningful performance and wellbeing goals in supportive coaching environments.

I coach 20+ participants at F45 Tauranga, using biomechanics analysis to make strength and fitness movements constructive, supportive, and achievable.

As Head Academy Goalkeeper Coach at Matamata FC, I develop youth players’ technical, tactical, and personal growth while connecting their football ambitions to clear goals.

I also founded GoldFit, delivering strength, balance, and mobility classes for adults aged 65+ that support wellbeing, connection, and belonging in the community.

My coaching background includes Melville United AFC, an interim role with the Cook Islands National Team, and ongoing development through a Bachelor of Health, Sport & Human Performance and an NZF Goalkeeper Coaching C License.
