At Datastar, I expanded beyond my Video Team Supervisor role to develop production software, design a company-wide learning programme, and manage analysts across four international offices.
I independently built three tools used daily across Datastar’s offices. Nash Vision Tracker documented more than $47,000 in annual ROI and reduced errors by 40%; VideoMeasure Studio increased sectional timing coverage from 87% to 99.9%.
I also conceived and delivered Datastar’s first formal Learning & Development programme, which achieved 48% voluntary participation and 90% positive feedback on course quality.
My experience also includes supporting people with mental health needs and disabilities, and coaching secondary school rowers. I built mlmcomedy.com, including a comedian booking portal, and perform and produce shows in Christchurch.
