I'm working on the Climate Change Sector Reform Performance Project under the Ministry of Industry, where I conduct energy research and audits for manufacturing industries supported by an EU-funded project.
I've led energy research and technology teams at the Chemical and Construction Inputs Industry Development Institute, assessing alternative energy, fuel switching for cement industries, energy efficiency, and manufacturing productivity. I also support industries through practical training in energy management, Kaizen, value chain analysis, BDS, and project management.
My background combines an MBA from Yardsticks International College and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Mekelle University, with experience supporting micro, small, and manufacturing enterprises.
