Natasha Balogun
@natashabalogun
Educational technology researcher and instructional designer advancing human-centered AI for teacher technology adoption.
What I'm looking for
I’m an educational technology researcher and instructional designer focused on “Human-Centered AI in Education,” “Teacher Technology Adoption,” and “Digital Pedagogy & EdTech Integration in Low-Resource Contexts.” With an M.Sc. in Educational Technology (University of Ibadan), my work centers on how teachers’ concerns shape their readiness and actual use of technology, using frameworks like the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM).
Since 2022, I’ve led independent teacher technology adoption studies—designing survey instruments, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and supporting peer-reviewed publication outputs. In parallel, I design and deliver research-informed professional development through Teazy Tech (2023–present), and I currently serve as Founder and Instructional Designer—creating curricula for online courses, webinars, and AI/EdTech integration training for K-12 and higher institution educators. My background also includes classroom teaching in physics and basic science, plus experience as a Research Analyst (Open-Source Intelligence) and Senior Research Content Writer, which strengthens how I translate evidence into clear, actionable learning materials.
