I've progressed through four HR leadership roles at PIPECARE Group, leading HR governance and delivery across Europe, the UAE, KSA, India, Egypt, Jordan and the Americas. I partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and complex people decisions.
I built PIPECARE's Russia HR and administration function from the ground up, recruiting and onboarding the first employees and helping grow the local workforce to approximately 50 within the first year. I've since standardised international HR policies, processes and governance while supporting recruitment, global mobility, succession planning and organisational development.
Earlier, I led HR and administration for Park Inn by Radisson Ekaterinburg and supported executive operations within the Sverdlovsk Region Legislative Assembly. I bring 17+ years across Oil & Gas, hospitality and public administration, grounded in labour-law compliance, employee relations and cross-cultural leadership.
