At Lincoln Public Schools, I coordinate individualized plans and services for 20+ students at a time, tracking progress, documentation, and deadlines with multidisciplinary teams. I also supervise and mentor paraeducators and use Google Sheets and education platforms to monitor performance and adjust plans based on evidence.
As Creator of The Resource Teacher on Teachers Pay Teachers, I develop and publish downloadable resources designed for clarity, usability, and independent implementation. My background includes a master’s degree in special education, a psychology degree, and nonprofit administration experience.
