What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a school and team that values data-driven instruction and strong instructional technology. I want to design engaging multimedia lessons, use learning analytics to close skill gaps, and collaborate to continuously improve student outcomes.

I’m an English Language Arts teacher who designs interactive digital learning experiences that increase engagement and improve knowledge retention. I use multimedia, gamification, and structured learning formats to support learners with varied needs.

Across my teaching roles, I analyze learner performance data to identify skill gaps, tailor instruction, and measure the impact of targeted interventions. I build differentiated lessons for both group and individualized instruction, including remote and hybrid learning delivery.

I’m also focused on continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional instructional teams and stakeholder communication through reports and virtual meetings. With a Master of Education in Educational Technology, I bring a practical, learning-analytics mindset to instruction and curriculum design.
