I’m a Youth and Community Worker and Student Ambassador/Tour Guide at Columbus College of Art and Design, where I greet guests, direct visitors to the right people, and help keep experiences running smoothly. I manage inventories of supplies, handle emergencies and questions in a timely manner, and rely on strong phone etiquette and customer service.
In my Summer Intern role for CCAD’s College Preview Program, I answered emails professionally, managed and delegated tasks, and supported safety while working with 50+ high school students. I also planned and organized activities (including a puppet making workshop), built rapport with students and parents, and problem-solved and managed conflict when needed—backed by my Illustration studies and Creative Writing minor.
