Natalie Hanslip

I am a senior teacher at a private language academy. My role includes preparing and teaching creative and inspiring lessons for general, business and exam classes. I also train new teachers to the academy and substitute fully for the director when needed.
During examination season, I examine students through Cambridge Assessment English.

In my role in Granada I taught many different classes including general English for children and adults, exam preparation classes, business classes and classes with the military. I also coordinated and taught the English classes of the academy´s summer camp for four years.
My years with CL gave me a wealth of experience and transferable skills.

As a member of the Retrospective Know Your Customer team at Barclays I was responible for liasing and communicating with colleagues and customers to complete the RKYC database. this often meant using my problem-solving and research skills.

In my role in the Human resources department I communicated directly with colleagues all over the world to find solutions to a wide range of queries from contracts to maternity rights.
Although I was a team member, I was acredited for a team leader role which unfortunately I couldn´t take up before I left.

Activities and societies: Competed for the netball, hockey, football and rounders teams.

Studied A-levels in history, biology, psychology, drama and sports studies.
