What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can support patients clinically and handle administrative workflows—keeping records accurate, managing scheduling, and staying compliant—while growing with a team focused on quality care.

I’m a Certified Medical Assistant who blends direct patient care with strong administrative support to keep clinics running smoothly. I focus on accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and a compassionate patient experience.

Since December 2022, I’ve provided comprehensive support in patient care by obtaining vital signs and managing medical records. I maintain clean, organized exam rooms, collaborate with healthcare staff to streamline processes, and improve patient satisfaction through reliable appointment scheduling, record keeping accuracy, and staff training.

Previously, I supported clinical operations by conducting waived testing (including urinalysis and pregnancy tests), assisting with immunizations, and managing follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. I’ve also supported physicians with complex clinical needs—such as suturing-related tasks, laser surgery and UVB/PUVA treatments—and handled lab/biopsy reports, specimen labeling, and patient rescheduling.

I bring additional experience from caregiver and front-office environments, including medication support, patient preparation, triage, and patient education. With EMR/EHR expertise, ICD/CPT coding exposure, and HIPAA-focused compliance, I’m ready to grow in a role that values both clinical excellence and administrative precision.
