At the British Council, I managed Peru and Latin America’s bilateral Newton Fund programme, overseeing approximately €1.5 million in budget execution, grant management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.
At Ashoka, I led regional teams and programme operations across five Andean countries, supporting social entrepreneurs and the Changemaker movement. I bring calm, direction, and collaboration to complex international contexts, working in Spanish, English, and Dutch.
