I’m a bilingual operations professional with over 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, and administrative management within high-volume environments. I specialize in process coordination, KPI analysis, and operational optimization across medical, commercial, and contact center settings.

I’ve coordinated end-to-end patient experiences in medical and surgical processes, managing doctor scheduling, appointment confirmations, pre-surgical preparation, and payment processing. I ensure clear communication and continuous follow-up for both national and international patients, while structuring surgical programming to keep execution timely.
