What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine front-desk/customer support with accurate reporting using Excel and SQL—supporting guests or teams reliably, improving internal workflows, and solving issues quickly with calm attention to data.

I’m a Front Office & Back Office Assistant based in Vienna, and I keep guest operations smooth by managing correspondence via phone, email, and online portals. I maintain booking and customer databases, prepare invoices and reports, and complete daily Excel reconciliations with a strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.

In my Night Receptionist role, I handled late check-ins/check-outs and emergencies independently, produced night audit and financial summaries using Excel and Rruga Word, and supported guests by phone and email. I also resolved technical issues with key-card/POS systems and improved workflows by digitizing reporting templates.

I bring an “operations + troubleshooting” mindset from supporting IT-related tasks—maintaining reservation software and troubleshooting office devices—while coordinating with management and suppliers. I enjoy learning new technologies and staying dependable under stress.

I’m also deepening my data skills through practical SQL training (PostgreSQL) with hands-on work in pgAdmin, including JOINs, aggregation (GROUP BY), and subqueries for data-driven reporting. Outside of work, I’ve built long-term teamwork and precision as a professional violinist in recording and orchestral environments.
