Narges Malekpour

I’m a Project HSE Manager with “over a decade of expertise in the oil and gas sector,” combining Chemical Engineering background with hands-on leadership of HSE delivery on major facilities. I lead all HSE activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, client expectations, and company standards, while building a proactive safety culture through training, campaigns, workshops, and continuous awareness initiatives.

In my current role, I develop and implement the site HSE strategy, manage project HSE training matrices, and oversee incident management from response coordination to investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. I also manage HSE audits and inspections, coordinate contractors and project teams on risk management alignment, and maintain essential HSE documentation including emergency response and incident investigation plans.

Previously at Saipem, I coordinated HSE across multiple EPSCC and O&M projects, ran HSE induction and workshops, monitored incident data to improve safety performance, and executed IMS audits with tracked corrective actions. Earlier, at Jam Petrochemical Company (10 Olefin) in Assalouyeh, Iran, I supported Integrated Management Systems by preparing ISO documents, assessing environmental aspects and health & safety risks under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and strengthening internal audit and corrective action effectiveness through ongoing engagement with teams and local stakeholders.
