I am a Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in the banking domain and four years dedicated to Agile delivery and facilitation. I transitioned from banking operations into Agile roles, bringing deep customer focus, process optimization skills, and regulatory awareness.

I have facilitated Agile delivery for cross-functional teams supporting critical banking applications, led two agile teams, and developed real-time dashboards using Jira to visualize sprint metrics and support decision-making. I ensure Scrum is practiced correctly and promote a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and Agile values.

I act as a servant leader—coaching teams and Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization, removing impediments, coordinating UAT, and liaising with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to maintain transparent communication and adherence to regulatory standards.

I hold certifications including Certified Scrum Master, PMI-Agile, and Lean Six Sigma and have driven cultural shifts toward Agile in traditional banking environments. I am eager to continue learning, take on new challenges, and contribute meaningfully to Agile transformation initiatives.
