At Entain, I built an AI-powered delivery platform using Kiro agents, MCP, and automated pipelines for four domains and 35+ squads. It reduced reporting from around eight hours a week to 15 minutes.

I also automated six delivery metrics across 35+ boards, bringing time-to-insight from days to real time. The platform consolidated squad health information and reduced status updates, while reusable delivery patterns helped teams create dashboards faster.

At LTI (LTIMindtree), I delivered Citi Bank’s CTI DQP platform and owned 142 FCDO/ECDO reports within a year, meeting Consent Order deadlines. Through PI Planning and structured governance, I reduced delivery risk by 50%.

Earlier, I managed product integrations and releases at Rockwell Automation, and full-lifecycle SaaS delivery at West Agile Labs. The Cents SaaS business grew revenue from $120K to $4M in eight months.
