I’m a Compliance Associate at Amazon in Iași, where I manage data classification and structural labeling processes for large-scale catalogs to train and improve Machine Learning models.

I perform systematic data verification and analysis using advanced Excel functions and internal compliance-auditing platforms, applying internal policy guidelines to evaluate data compliance and support Human-in-the-Loop validation of automated decisions. I also identify, isolate, and report anomalies or data discrepancies to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Alongside my work, I’m completing a Master’s Degree in Engineering (Management of Electrical Power Systems) at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, building on my Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Systems Engineering. I also trained as a Specialized Electrical Installation Technician.

I bring strong communication and interpersonal skills—public speaking, teamwork, assertiveness, and adaptability—paired with strong organizational habits like time management, planning, and prioritization. I also volunteered as part of the Electrical Engineering Students’ Association.
