At Continental Automotive Romania, I lead data labeling for RADAR projects, defining labeling strategies and processes for camera, radar, and road-border datasets.

I review and refine datasets for quality, provide data to algorithm testing teams to improve KPIs, and collaborate with internal tool teams to improve labeling workflows. I also support labeling requests across ACC, EBA, BSM, and TMW projects.

Previously, I owned camera-based object detection projects in the ADAS labeling department. I coordinated requirements with development teams, managed work in Jira and Confluence, led team meetings, and distributed workloads to maintain an efficient workflow.

My background combines electrical engineering with a master's degree in Intelligent Systems in Electrical Engineering, along with hands-on experience supporting machine learning and AI annotation projects.
