I'm Naomi Menslage, an account representative currently working at KCM & FBCM, where I serve as a liaison between an online advertising company and its clients. My role involves managing client invoices, addressing queries, and keeping clients informed about new programs and services. I take pride in my ability to assist in brand awareness by representing the company at marketing events and expos, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a caregiver at a pet boarding facility, where I was responsible for the well-being of the animals and maintaining a clean environment. My communication skills were essential in keeping dog owners informed about their pets. Additionally, my time as a hostess at NORI Sushi taught me the importance of customer engagement and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. I am currently pursuing my studies in Health Sciences at Houston Community College, which further enhances my skills in communication and service.
