Leading implementation of the UNICEF supported GAVI Zero-Dose Immunization Project across two districts to improve full immunization coverage. Supervising and supporting Block Coordinators across five blocks, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of immunization activities.

Assisted in planning and implementing interventions for reducing plastic waste in Dehradun through strengthening Service Level Benchmarks. Conducted interviews and focus group discussions with informal waste workers and stakeholders to improve their livelihoods.

Supported implementation of poverty alleviation schemes and women-centric programs at block level. Oversaw operations managing four Cluster Level Federations across 19 Gram Panchayats, providing technical support and conducting data validation.

Conducted a comprehensive survey of migrant workers at a waste management plant to understand their socioeconomic background and challenges. Visited the field to gain insights into waste collection procedures and presented findings to senior management.

Worked on the Aam Admi Mohalla Clinic project, contributing to improvement of healthcare delivery systems in urban Delhi. Prepared operational guidelines outlining clinic functioning and staff roles to enhance efficiency.

Conducted field surveys, case studies, and interviews with Gram Panchayat representatives and village residents. Used PRA to understand developmental gaps in the village.
