Built and led a wellbeing and sex-education program across government schools and NGO centres. Designed the curriculum with psychologists and medical professionals and trained a peer-educator team to reach underserved students.

Run a private counselling and coaching practice, online and in-person, working with individuals on anxiety, depression, stress, and relational issues. Designed and facilitated the Letting Go Circle, a psychoeducation group on attachment and relationship patterns, and delivered a paid workshop on research writing for graduate psychology students.

Coach psychology students toward competitive academic outcomes, covering clinical psychology, research methods, and exam strategy. Mentees have been placed at KGMU and RML Institute and qualified for UGC NET JRF.

Led group sessions on mental health awareness, stress, and relationships, adapting content for both school and community audiences.

Delivered individual counselling, psychodiagnostic assessments, and case management with adult and child clients across hospital, psychiatric clinic, and NGO settings. Completed five clinical placements including psychiatric clinic, government hospital, private clinic, and NGO school.

Completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance.

Pursued a Master of Arts in Psychology with a clinical specialization, completing a thesis on the effect of cannabis use on metacognitive awareness and private consciousness.
