Jasmine Kamra

I’m a Counseling Psychologist passionate about people and their stories. With 2years of hands-on experience, I support individuals navigating emotional and mental challenges using an empathetic, friendly approach rooted in positive psychology principles.

In my current role, I work as a Psychologist at Knowledge Bridge Consulting Inc. (Full-time, Delhi). I focus on creating supportive spaces where healing and growth feel possible—because mental health matters and you’re not alone.

My experience includes conducting workshops and individual counseling sessions, plus assessments and group therapy. I’ve supported students, teachers, and parents through school-based work, and I’ve also worked with addicts in rehabilitation settings, including motivational interviewing and active listening.

I hold an MSc in Counseling Psychology from Christ University and earlier training in Psychology Honours and Guidance and Counselling from Panjab University. I bring strong counseling fundamentals, communication skills, and a practical, people-first mindset to every client interaction.
