I supported Zurich Financial Services’ General Insurance application at CSC India, contributing to analysis, estimation, coding, testing, and release enhancements.

I worked closely with onsite counterparts, business teams, and technical analysts to understand requirements, investigate issues through code review and debugging, and resolve major application problems. I also maintained functional documentation, reviewed delivery components, and guided team members toward project milestones.

I completed unit and regression testing, supported DB2 database migration activities, and built a REXX automation solution that reduced manual job-creation effort.

I’m now looking to bring my troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and urgent issue-resolution experience into a customer-focused Support Specialist role.
