I am an analytical professional with strong research skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively. My passion for customer service and relationship management drives my work, and I apply Agile methodologies to foster creative problem-solving. Lifelong learning shapes my approach to both work and life, and I am dedicated to deriving insights from data analytics that inform my decision-making and create impactful solutions.

Throughout my career, I have facilitated various scrum events and collaborated with different departments to enhance learner experiences. My role as a Business Analyst Intern at Investec allowed me to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while testing functionalities for web and mobile applications. I have also trained new QA consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective communication with clients.
