I’m a motivated, customer-focused professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce from Open University, Haldwani. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers with travel assistance, cancellations, and refund handling while keeping communication professional and clear.

In my 1-year Travel Assistant role, I handled customer queries related to cancellations and refunds and assisted customers with travel support and issue resolution. I also managed urgent customer concerns efficiently and maintained strong client relationships.

Earlier, I worked as a Front Office Executive for 2 years at Harish Medicose Agency, where I managed front desk operations and customer interactions. I coordinated daily office activities, assisted customers with billing and general inquiries, and ensured smooth front office administration.

I’m skilled in communication, query resolution, and customer support, and I’ve built practical capability with basic computer knowledge and Tally (certified with a 6-month Diploma in Tally). I enjoy teamwork and staying organized to deliver reliable service under real-time pressure.
