I’m looking for a role where I can process immigration/visa applications accurately, support clients professionally, and improve workflows with Excel/VBA analytics—while collaborating with an international, standards-driven team.

I’m a Visa Processing Officer with experience in administering Australian migration legislation and making lawful, fair, consistent visa decisions. I interview clients, conduct integrity checks, and produce decision records, correspondence, and case notes that stand up to operational scrutiny.

In 2022–2025 at the Australian Embassy in Hanoi, I handled moderately complex and sensitive cases, escalating when required under established risk frameworks. I also supported Australia-based staff through interpretation and translation in engagements with clients and government agencies.

Before that, I strengthened my front-line service and compliance foundation in luxury hospitality at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel (2019–2022) as a Night shift Front Desk Agent. I ensured guest check-in/out accuracy, managed room and reservation integrity across PMS and OTA channels (Agoda, Expedia, Ctrip), resolved issues to protect customer satisfaction, and implemented audit-ready SOPs.

I began my career in visa facilitation at VFS Global (2014–2016) for the Danish counter, supporting Schengen-aligned workflows such as document collection, biometric capture, and timely delivery of hard copies and electronic files.
