At Cactus Communications, I researched ethical UX for Paperpal, an AI-powered academic writing tool, focusing on its literature discovery workflow. I delivered design recommendations to the product team and contributed feedback on onboarding and checkout flows.
I also ran a comparative study against Preflight and collaborated with Product, Research, and Design teams. My research work includes redesigning the MSRTC website and mobile app for usability and accessibility, and co-creating an immersive AR/VR pilgrimage experience for elderly users unable to travel.
Before moving into UX research, I spent 14 years in the apparel industry in Category Head and Merchandiser roles, translating market and consumer research into product decisions. I hold an M.Des in Experience Design from NIFT Mumbai and am looking to bring a research-first, business-aware lens to an entry-level UX Research role.
