What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Service or Customer Support role where I can contribute my banking software support, technical troubleshooting, ticket management, and operations coordination experience.

I've supported 230+ live bank branches at C-EDGE Technologies, a TCS–SBI joint venture, resolving daily Core Banking System issues across accounts, loans, deposits, and transactions.

I manage ticket logging, follow-up, and timely resolution while coordinating with helpdesk, development, reporting, network teams, and branch users.

I've also handled customer queries, project coordination, quotations, invoicing, logistics, inventory, foreign exchange, and money transfer support. After a planned family career break, I'm ready to return to remote customer support or customer service work with renewed focus.
