I’m looking for a role where I can combine Business Analysis, BI dashboards, and agentic GenAI/RAG automation to speed up decisions, improve lead and workflow outcomes, and work in Agile delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a CBAP-trained Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, and BI tools, plus hands-on Generative AI and workflow automation experience. I translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable dashboards and data-backed decisions that improve business performance.

In my GenAI Analytics Engineer project, I engineered an automated pipeline over PostgreSQL to parse thousands of customer support transcripts, mapping user journeys and reducing regional performance-anomaly diagnosis time from days to under 30 seconds. I delivered resilient, production-viable live visualizations in Power BI/Tableau and used LangChain end-to-end.

As a Gen AI / Forward Deployment Engineer at AINAM Automation, I led discovery and requirements-gathering for US-based clients, then built and deployed a multi-tenant AI automation platform using agentic AI and RAG-powered pipelines.
