I’m looking for a client-services or project coordination role where I own onboarding and communication tracking, partner with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve processes while ensuring compliance and strong customer experience.

I’m a detail-oriented Client Service Analyst managing a 60+ client portfolio as the central point of contact for onboarding, issue resolution, and risk management. In my current role at Bank of New York Mellon, I coordinate onboarding projects across risk, operations, and business development, and I track client communications in CRM to monitor progress and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

I’ve built a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while improving the way teams work. Earlier, I supported executive leadership as a Confidential Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and School Board Secretary, and I managed data-driven initiatives as a Student Data Systems Specialist for 20K+ students—strengthening reporting, turnaround time, and confidentiality. Before that, I coordinated recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll workflows as an HR Assistant, always emphasizing compliance, clear documentation, and stakeholder communication.
