What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-driven role supporting e-learning and digital science deployments where I can lead LMS/DSVL implementation, train educators, perform data-driven M&E, and expand digital inclusion in underserved communities.

I am a versatile IT professional with over eleven years of experience delivering digital science and e-learning solutions across Uganda. I specialize in the installation, configuration, and operationalization of Digital Science Virtual Labs (DSVL) and LMS platforms.

I have led deployments in government, private, and hard-to-reach contexts, including refugee settlements, aligning technical solutions with national curriculum and MoES ICT standards. I have supported over 100 secondary schools and trained more than 300 educators to improve science learning outcomes and digital readiness.

My work combines hands-on technical support, ICT infrastructure deployment, and robust monitoring and evaluation; I use tools such as SPSS, KoboToolbox, Excel, Moodle, and Google Suite to generate data-driven insights. I document technical issues, produce technical manuals, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable system performance and compliance.

I am passionate about digital inclusion, evidence-based reporting, and building capacity in underserved communities. I bring dependable field support, proactive system monitoring, and a collaborative approach to help institutions integrate technology into teaching and learning.
