I’m a Dedicated Data Management and Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over four years of experience supporting data collection, data entry, verification, cleaning, database management, and reporting for humanitarian and development programs. I conduct household surveys, administer questionnaires, and manage digital data collection platforms while protecting data quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and timelines.

In recent roles, I’ve strengthened monitoring and evaluation through field supervision and quality assurance—administering digital and paper-based tools, running routine data quality checks, and producing daily field reports and progress logs. I also support reporting and decision-making by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, managing cloud-based data storage for secure access, coordinating a team of 30 data collectors using the mWater Surveyor platform, and working with beneficiary data systems including the UNHCR Biometric Identity Management System (BIMS).

I build capacity and help teams adopt reliable, ethical workflows through training and mentoring efforts, including coaching others on digital tools and Microsoft Office application usage. With a BSc in Computer Science and certifications focused on digital security and responsible research conduct, I bring strong attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership that enables dependable data for informed programming.
