At Sidra Medicine's Precision Genomics and Translational Omics Lab, I focus on AI/ML-driven biomedical prediction and bioinformatics.

At Ayass Bioscience, LLC, I developed BiRAGAS and the F20 AI Platform for transcriptomic and multi-omics data. I also designed and developed an AI-integrated transcriptomics tool for early cervical cancer detection.

Earlier, I designed computational pipelines for molecular target identification and drug repurposing in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and worked on multi-drug resistance characterization. My research has included molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and QM/MM studies.

I earned a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Quaid-i-Azam University and have published research on topics including multi-omics profiling, drug dynamics, and vaccine design. I also taught programming and systems biology and supervised M.Phil. Bioinformatics research projects.
