I’m looking for a role where I can use safety, customer service, and hands-on care to enhance operational efficiency. I want to support patients and passengers, maintain high professionalism, and work in a positive, team-oriented environment.

I’m a dedicated, dependable Patient Care Technician with hands-on experience supporting nurses, monitoring vital signs, and keeping patient environments clean, safe, and supportive. I’m recognized for adaptability, strong communication, and teamwork across diverse settings.

During my Patient Care Technician training, I assisted with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort needs while following infection control and patient hygiene standards. I also collected specimens, including blood samples, while maintaining safety and sanitation procedures.

I bring a service-focused mindset from airline operations training, where I studied airline safety and customer service procedures. I applied three-letter airport codes and airline terminology, supported passenger assistance, and helped maintain cleanliness and compliance in training environments.

Beyond clinical and airline work, I strengthened my reliability in high-traffic settings through sanitation associate duties at large events and fast-paced customer service as a sandwich artist.
