What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fast-paced healthcare role where I can deliver compassionate, high quality patient care, support nursing staff, and improve patient outcomes—while leveraging my emergency response readiness and strong day-to-day patient support skills.

I’m a Patient Care Tech motivated and detail oriented, focused on delivering compassionate, high quality patient care in fast paced healthcare settings. I consistently support patients with patience, strong listening skills, and the ability to respond appropriately during emergencies as instructed by an RN.

In Home Health (September 2020 - March 2024), I accompanied clients to doctor’s offices and helped with transportation, assistance, and companionship. I provided personal care and daily living support—changing bed linens, washing and ironing laundry, cleaning, running errands, and assisting with prescribed alternatives like under-pads, diapers, and Tegaderm under RN guidance.

Previously, as an Emergency Room Technician (October 2011 - September 2015) at Hurley Medical Center, I provided Emergency Room Care in a Level 1 Trauma Center. I handled blood draws, IV insertions, EKGs, and patient transport, worked in high-pressure trauma environments, and used EMR (EPIC) while supporting strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication under stress.
