At First Meridian Global Services, I test S&P Global’s SPARK Assist Platform, an enterprise Generative AI application for intelligent search, content generation, and decision support.
I validate LLM responses and prompts for contextual accuracy and hallucinations, and test application workflows through UI, functional, exploratory, integration, and regression testing.
For the platform, I develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation using Java, Maven, and TestNG. I also build and enhance a Page Object Model framework and conduct API testing with Postman.
At Techdenali Services LLP, I worked on e-commerce applications including Timbuk2 and Exemplis – SitOnIt, testing SAP Hybris workflows and automating key shopping functions. My work included contributing to a 15% increase in early defect detection and a reported 20% reduction in testing costs.
