I have strong hands-on experience in designing and maintaining scalable Web, Mobile, and API automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, REST Assured, and Postman. I have worked on Android, iOS, web, backend, and end-to-end workflows, with a focus on reusable automation, regression testing, parallel execution, and improving test coverage.

I also have hands-on experience in Database Testing and SQL, including backend data validation and verifying data consistency between UI, APIs, and databases. I have worked with AWS databases, WireMock for service virtualization and mocking, and Grafana for monitoring and troubleshooting application behavior.

I have experience with mobile testing using Appium, covering functional and automation testing across mobile applications and different devices/platforms. I have also been involved in QGP, test environment setup, environment validation, production smoke testing, and release readiness activities.

In the AI testing space, I have experience with LLM Testing and RAG Testing, including validating response accuracy, relevance, context, hallucinations, retrieval quality, consistency, and end-to-end AI application behavior. I also leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve QA productivity through automation code generation, test scenario creation, debugging, SQL assistance, test data generation, and requirement analysis.

For project collaboration and delivery, I use JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for requirement tracking, test management, defect management, documentation, and collaboration with development, product, and QA teams.
